Spectrometer - Analysis Measurement
We make all our productions according to customer specifications.
We take samples at every stage of production and analyze these samples in our state-of-the-art Spectromaxx Brand Spectrometer in order to produce them in accordance with the specs in the customer specifications.
We routinely perform calibration and i-call verification of the spectrometer.
Product Quality
Vacuum Density / Flux Feeder / Melting Pot Furnace
We have begin using flux feeder,vacuum density test device and degassing machines in our production process in order to increase our customers' productivity with high purity and low gas density products.
Melting Pot Furnace
A separate lot is given to each incoming raw material vehicle and a sample (400KG) is taken from each lot and melted in the crucible furnace. As a result of melting, the free iron %, efficiency % and spectral analysis of the scrap are determined and recorded in the system with the given lot number.
